Carol Albertus, founder and managing partner of C Change & Associates, is a thought leader and trusted advisor to organizations focused on growth and organizational performance. She has over 25 years of experience working, teaching and consulting in Fortune 1000 companies, including Marsh & McLennan, KPMG, HBO, MTV Networks, The Interpublic Group (IPG), JPMorgan Chase, BMW, CSS Industries, MasterCard, SUCCESS Magazine, the Thomson Corporation, Simon & Schuster, The Estee Lauder Companies and Avon Products. She has also held executive leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young and Columbia University. Carol’s corporate experience focused on strategic planning, project management, change management, and instructional design and delivery. She has also worked with Horizon Media, Fragomen, and Global Foundries.
Carol graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the State University of New York at Albany and is a certified trainer for 360 Solutions. She also holds a Certificate of Mastery in Reengineering from Hammer and Company. Carol is a member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and New York Women in Communications.
